Job Description:

• Be responsible for the renewals of the managing agent contracts and the profit and loss ofthe portfolios assigned to.
• Must implement, if necessary, corrective action to ensure the continuity of the firm’s corporate objectives.
• To maintain, develop information and communication with Council/Subsidiary Proprietors/Occupants of the Management Corporation and Head Quarter.
• Be able to reasonably interpret legislation especially the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act and to apply them in the course of work.
• Supervising the staff to meet the vision and goals set by the Company.
• To manage a team of strata managers and property executives and building relationships with team members, departments and external clients.
• To train the staff, offer advice and supervise them in the discharge of the contractual obligations of the Company with clients.
• To maintain the portfolios to ensure contract renewals and increases in contract values.
• To supervise the staff in their management of contractors, solicitors, auditors and relevant government authorities.
• To attend to all complaints, queries and suggestions made by subsidiary proprietors/ tenants and to update incidents of feedback or complaints into system.
• Ensure all necessary government licences and permits are applied or renewed on time including filing of the necessary returns.
• Carry out the necessary audit of the inventory record according to the SOP of the company
• Implement and carry out arrears collections in accordance with the Arrears Management Procedures of the Company.
• To lead in AGM & Taking Over teams.

This position is part of the MNC Bank Singapore Country Corporate Treasury team, responsible for supporting BAU (Business As Usual) activities in liquidity-related local regulatory reporting and report automation projects.The role supports the country corporate treasury team in performing both daily and monthly activities to meet liquidity-related local regulatory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, reconciliation, and upload of manual adjustments.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS) and the Data Management Office (DMO), to identify and remediate root causes to eliminate the need for manual adjustments.
• Assist in generating daily liquidity reports and support pre- and post-production analysis of reports (e.g., trend analysis, variance analysis).
• Collaborate with Technology and Project teams on process enhancement initiatives, performing activities such as data analysis, solutioning, and testing.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Degree/Certifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)
• Work experience in the financial services industry, preferably with Treasury and/or MAS reporting
• Problem solver with the ability to translate plans into actions
• Experience with performing reconciliations and gap analysis, including working with large datasets
• Understanding of Finance / Treasury
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Quick learner, able to multitask, and escalate concerns promptly

Desirable:

• MAS LCR reporting experience
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Strong controls mindset, identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating concerns
• Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Performance Management, and Controllers

The work location will be at CBP.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Protection System Projects/Services;
• Participate in testing and commissioning activities at site
• Perform wiring check in workshop and at site
• Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring smooth project execution
• Ensure project documentation are maintain and updated timely

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/University;
• A proven track record in Project Management is an advantage;
• Experience with SPPG substations (22 KV, 66 KV, 230 KV and 400 KV) is an advantage;
• Experience in site testing and commissioning;

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 6 months depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)
