Job Responsibilities:

PMO job duties include:

• Take charge of project planning, execution, and monitoring, collaborating closely with internal and Head Office stakeholders.
• Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate updates and project progress.
• Lead and facilitate discussions and meetings with proficiency.
• Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships with stakeholders, including vendors.

Business Analyst - Process Design:

• Conduct As-Is business analysis on current operations, to identify issues and pinpoint areas for potential improvement.

• Facilitate traceability and alignment with existing system functionality.
• Propose alternative solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards to meet or enhance desired objectives.
• Act as a consultant, encouraging operational teams to think creatively for innovative solutions to existing challenges.
• Support operations in implementing cost-effective and practical solutions aligned with their digital strategies.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users, to clarify requirements and prepare detailed user stories/functional specification documents for software product development.
• Construct comprehensive business requirement documents that are easily understood by both business and technology teams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a related banking processing operation support/business analyst function
• Experience with application development/systems implementation and improvement in banking domain
• Lead the requirement definition by interviewing end users
• Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing, strong & effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills
• Good command of English Language – listening, writing and speaking
• Fluent in Japanese (speaking, writing and reading) as this role supports Japanese clients
• Proven record of PMO/business analysis experience in system implementation projects in Banking domain
• Knowledge of ISO20022 payment standard and SWIFT messages

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-directed Project Manager to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.

· Assess, initiate, and carry out the development of diagnostic devices at various stages, guiding the development towards commercialization.

· Evaluate the market access, economic evaluation, and clinical adoption for diagnostic devices.

· Work closely with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

· Maintain regular and effective communication with researchers, clinicians, industry and internal stakeholders, and vendors to conceptualize and create innovative diagnostic products that are both clinically relevant and commercially viable.

· Collaborate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

· Proactively identify, address, and implement solutions to issues that may impact project delivery and keep the project on track.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant records.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

· Relevant work experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or MedTech sector.

· Understanding of the total product development lifecycle.

· Understanding of the medical technology industry, compliance standards, and the overall healthcare landscape.

· Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and requirements, such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations for medical devices will be an added advantage.

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Keeping abreast of regulatory developments and assisting to assess impact on the business, including providing advice, interpretation, and recommendation. Work with Group Compliance on compliance matters and initiatives.
• Providing operational advisories to the business unit; assist business units in operationalizing Compliance Policies & Guidelines / Regulatory Requirements.
• Assisting to develop sales assurance controls and coordinating implementation by the respective business/support functions.
• Performing periodic assessment & assurance reviews on key activities undertaken by the Business to ensure compliance/adherence with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Report findings, recommending corrective actions and preparing trend analysis as needed for management review.
• Validating new regulatory controls before the effective date of the new/revised requirements
• Conducting compliance training to the sales platform on FAA related sales
• Co-ordinating external and internal audits (Regulator/External & Internal Auditors/ Group Compliance) of Retail Business as based on thematic coverage.
• Undertaking ad hoc projects related to business / regulatory controls

Job Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or Law
• At least 3 years of related working experience in a Retail Bank environment, preferably in the areas of business compliance and regulatory audit
• Prior experience in operational risk management within business units or internal / external audit is welcome
• Good understanding of the regulations applicable to Retail Banking would be an advantage (e.g. Banking Act, Financial Adviser Act, Securities and Futures Act)
• Candidates who have a strong regulatory background, compliance audit background or are currently in a business support role in the Retail Loan or Personal Wealth Management areas (e.g. secured or unsecured loan/ insurance/ investment sales) would also be considered
• Good presentation and data analytics skills
• Creative, resourceful, meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently with good excel and report writing skills
• Self-driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties:

• Maintain the existing solutions to expand the firm's flow platform capabilities
• Design new tools for pricing, trade execution, booking and workflow

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Program Manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
• Knowledge of Equity derivatives
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, have great attention to detail and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
• Advanced programming, preferably object oriented: VBA/Python preferably
• Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and process mapping skillsets required.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight contractual deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate to a range of audiences and facilitate discussions.
