1. Financial Management, ePR, Budgeting for IT Operations

• Managing the Financial Budget and monthly spend for Operations team .

• Checking of current spend, validation of budget ask and approved budget amount.

• End to end support for Ops team in entire ePR process. Average items of over 200+ ePR raised per year.

• Coordinate Budget process for Ops team – CAPEX & OPEX

2. Project Bolt Decomm Financial Management

• Main commercial support PIC in Decomm Project team

• Manage the Decomm application financial budgeting, forecast and tracking against target

• Support Partnership and Contract GM and Head of SE/Ops in managing the contract renewal process of all AMC items

• Manage the Planview Decomm Dashboard to provide updated financials against target set that will be used for monthly Project Bolt discussions

3. Planview Phase 2

• Support PMO team with Planview ServiceNow / Jira integration phase of project

• Coordinate meetings / workshop, capture meeting minutes and upload to ProjectPlace

• Follow up with business / key stakeholders on data requirements and upload them.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Prior Project Operations Experience will be advantageous
