Position: Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive (Job ID: 18803)
Working hour: Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Description:
1. Reports to Business Manager.
2. Coordinate daily Sales activities and Sales Section’s day-to-day activities, give guidance, and assign tasks to subordinates.
3. Assist Superior’s job to make constructive improvements to overall work scope from the view point of training, processes, cost, inventory, data monitoring, manpower, or any other items. (For Senior role)
4. Act as a point of contact between customers and the company and prepare necessary documentations.
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
- Responding to customer queries.
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations.
- Investigate and liaise with potential customers.
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
5. Coordinate, arrange, and attend face-to-face meeting with customer where necessary. This will include overnight and overseas trip.
6. Coordinate with internal and all external parties, such as QA, Logistics, and external distributors, for sales/delivery arrangements and other sales related matters.
7. Track and report sales status and forecast through using trend charts, analysing forecasts received from customers, gathering market and customer information.
8. Analyse profitability and propose price adjustment strategy to Business Manager.
9. Ensure that necessary processes are carried out so that sales activities are performed in a timely and appropriate manner.
10. Conduct investigation and generate the corrective action request report as and when necessary.
11. Prepare annual budget using the best estimate at the time and in a timely manner, to propose to Business Manager. (For Senior role)
12. Ensure all necessary documents are prepared appropriately and in place for each transaction.
13. Verify and process PO from customers.
14. Organize and prepare material for internal use/meetings.
15. Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.
16. Assist Procurement Section's work in absence of the staff and/or any other cases when required.
17. Perform any other tasks as assigned by Business Manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Education requirement – minimum SP graduate
2. Preferable 1 - 2 years working experience in sales, administrative field role
3. Organized, ability to handle multitask
4. Good attitude to work as a team
5. Act point of contact for customers, must be fluent in English
6. Have experience using MS office, especially Excel from basics to create/analyze chart
7. Domestic/Overseas business trip
