The Junior Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of assisting in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas:

The Junior Project Manager is also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders.

• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

• Assist the Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager in leading and managing the project on-site and updating the project plan, progress, and final reports needed for the periodic management meetings.

• Support the daily vessel safety coordination committee meeting and manage the activities to ensure on-time results and responses to action items including follow-up with other departments, external suppliers, and sub-contractors.

• Coordinate with other department managers to monitor milestones and project deadlines.

• Provide post-production support, review production issues, and track them to closure.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives, preferably with project lifecycle experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in Consumer Banking Operations and/or Corporate Banking Operations.
• Technical knowledge in web services, application development (Java), HTML/Angular-based UI, and role-based access matrix.
• A hands-on team player who can see the big picture, possesses a can-do attitude, and can handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
