• Maintain and deliver strategic and tactical features with an Agile approach

Skills Requirement

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and flexible to change
• Agile knowledge and working with Project Management tools (e.g. Confluence/JIRA) are a plus

Duties of Business Development Executive:

• Conduct tender site visits, prepare proposals, and deliver sales pitches to potential clients.
• Identify and pursue tender opportunities; aim to exceed revenue targets and maximize margins.
• Build client relationships, manage budget negotiations, and develop winning strategies for RFPs and Bids.
• Monitor industry trends to capitalize on opportunities and address risks in Environmental Services and Integrated Facilities Management.
• Enhance service offerings based on client needs; ensure retention through strong relationship management and responsive support.
• Collaborate with account managers and trainers to uphold customer service standards and improve loyalty.
• Compile monthly sales/tender reports and contribute to management meetings on business development.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Safety to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
