Responsibilities

• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in data quality;
• Ensure proper follow-up, status reporting, and timely resolution of issues raised in the Data Issues Log for both Singapore and overseas locations;
• Define critical data attributes and establish data quality requirements;
• Ensure data is fit for both operational and strategic use;
• Drive and foster cross-collaboration with RMG units on Data Governance matters;
• Host regular RMG Data Quality forums, including preparation of meeting materials, and represent RMG at Group-level Data Issue meetings;
• Organize cross-department discussions to address and resolve data issues;
• Collaborate with RMG stakeholders to review and enhance data quality monitoring reports and processes;
• Participate in data ownership discussions and ensure proper follow-ups;
• Assist in the review and setup of data access for users;
• Lead data management-related reviews, including BCBS239 annual reviews.
