Qualifications & Skills:

Job Description:

• To be responsible for the logistical, administrative and operational for construction project aspects, including liaise with customers for project requirements and progress;
• To plan the work sequence and manpower deployment require for the construction site works;
• Attend meetings, correspondences and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers in resolving design and site problems encountered during the construction period.
• To supervise workers and monitor sub-contractors at construction sites.
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
• To ensure that construction projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget;
• To take actions to resolve any delay/ technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
• To prepare MOS and MSRA presentation for customer view;
• To be able to foresee the shortcomings of the project and discuss with team;
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to converse and write in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with local and overseas customers.

• Class 3 license will be advantage

Key Points:

- Primary Theme: The design should encapsulate the spirit of sports, particularly the thrill and camaraderie of climbing.

- Target Age Group: The design should resonate with teens, so it should be trendy, cool, and youthful.

-Focus on Climbing: The design should specifically cater to the climbing sport, incorporating relevant imagery or terminology.

Ideal Skills:

- Strong graphic design skills, particularly in creating apparel designs.

- Experience or understanding of climbing, to create relatable and appealing designs for the target audience.

- Ability to design for the teen market, understanding current trends and styles.

• Helping to clean and validate customer, supplier and inventory data by identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

Position Available: Project Officer

We are looking for a Project Officer to assist in an RNA biology and cancer epigenetics project. The role will focus on performing a variety of cell and molecular biology, transcriptomics and genomics experiments including molecular cloning, PCR, western blotting, nucleic acids isolation, lentiviral production and transduction, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and next generation sequencing library preparation. Additionally, the candidate will assist in some administrative duties such as procurement, inventory monitoring and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments using standard cell and molecular biology techniques.
• Analyze data from experiments such as western blotting, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), and molecular cloning.
• Assist in administrative tasks including procurement, inventory monitoring, safety/risk assessment and equipment maintenance.
• Organize and document experimental procedures and data in the laboratory logbook.
• Support lab inventory management and organization.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree with Honors in life sciences, biochemistry, cancer biology, molecular biology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a research laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in mammalian tissue culture, lentiviral stable cell line generation, molecular cloning, western blotting, and ChIP.
• Competency in data analysis software such as PRISM and ImageJ.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
