Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

This role will play a key function in preparation of packing list for all projects as well as inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with your team to understand status of equipment planning for each project.
• Support your team by preparing a draft packing list according to Engineering equipment breakdown list prepared by Technical Managers.
• Understand equipment which are away and supposed to be part of the packing list once arrive back to the base and track them to ensure tested and prepared.
• Follow up with engineering and warehouse teams to update the serial numbers of requirement in the packing list as they prepare.
• Keep the packing list updated for any changes required by client or technical manager.
• Share the final packing list Logistics team to ensure they have the completed and final version of packing list for their communication with external (i.e. Shipping agent or clients) and preparation of shipping documents.
• Work closely with the warehouse team with quality control process by random cross checking prepared equipment against the final packing list before departure of the shipment.
• Archive the final packing lists signed by the shipping agent at the time of equipment collection.
• Support your team with for maintaining inventory by recording SNs of newly purchased CAPEX and removal of written-off CAPEX.
• Labeling the equipment/parts according to company’s standards
• Assist in Physical Inventory Process

Requirements:

• Preferably degree or diploma specializing in materials planning/ business studies/accountancy
• Work experience in materials planning, accounting, or inventory management will be an advantage
• Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Strong organisation and record keeping skills
• Meticulous and has a keen eye for details
• Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to learn and acquire knowledge
• Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced work environment
• Any experience working with audio/visual equipment is an asset

• Experience in managing BAU financials and tracking forcast and reporting of projects budget.
• Able to handle PMO work ; prepare detailed financial reports for management reporting
• Experience in financial and operations metrics preparion , preparing yearly budget for planning purpose

Job Role And Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for Acerpure products, including but not limited to product knowledge, product marketing and market positioning.
• Responsible for market expansion and new market plans for business growth.
• Develop and execute business development plans for the consumer and corporate market.
• Collaborate with the sales team for leads (i.e., current clients or partners).
• Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation.
• Collaborate with headquarter team for product updates, delivery, and other initiatives.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 2 years proven sales / product experience for small domestic appliances.
• Candidates with more than 6 years’ experience may be considered for BDM role.

Skills Required

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of the local household appliances sales and market trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated, resourceful, optimistic, and a goals-getter with ability to build and sustain a strong client base.
• Effective interaction and communication skills.

Job scope

• Generate and follow-up documentation which includes quotations to clients, supplier and customer invoices & delivery orders.

• Liaise with other departments like accounting & production.

• Generate management reports according to managers’ requirements.

• Assist engineers in reports and proposals.

• Assist in project related administrative works, e.g. compiling operation manuals and document filing

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of equivalent working experience.

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or other related disciplines.
