This position is considered more seasoned and chances for errors are minimal. Thru soundness of self judgment, discussions with section lead and department manager for key decisions, regular review process the work accuracy is maintained.

Participate in Engineering Reviews and Engineering Validation Activities including but not limited to HAZID, HAZOP, Studies, Operability, Front Loading Commissioning in design, SCE’s and Performance standards in Commissioning Procedures.

To independently review & develop various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze the documents and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process and address these shortfalls with the team.

Develop Onshore and Offshore Commissioning Procedures for Instrumentation and Control Systems. • To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement

Prepare & Review of company development work methodology / procedures.

Capable of managing demanding expectations of clients which may range from addressing gaps to unexpected work scope variations while ensuring conformance to the project, regulatory and contract requirements.

Attend FAT and SAT depending on project requirements.

Independently deals with regulatory authority, class, vendors and clients with regards to comments or queries on commissioning deliverables and develops technical/engineering solutions to the issues raised.

Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary based on the standard procedures, practices and lessons learnt from past projects to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.

Perform duties as per directives of reporting authority.

Leads site execution team on performing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities planned for the Instrumentation & Control systems, managing the interfaces with Construction and Pre-Operations teams,

• Work with the manager to deal with daily administrative affairs, including document organisation, filing, meeting arrangement and record, etc
• To maintain and update projects database.
• To follow up on workflow processes in the administration department. Generate delivery orders, invoices, forms, reports and efficiently send out documents.
• Able to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
• Back-up for team members
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
• MOM work passes updates and handling of surveys

Duration: 5 months

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing payroll systems, processing monthly payroll cycle (AU & SG), and ensuring all legislation is followed.
• Assisted in compliance audits and ensured HR policies were followed.
• Manage the complete employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to facilitate smooth employee transitions.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and provide HR guidance to develop a robust understanding of the business and employees’ needs.
• Administer HR administrative and operational matters and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee relations, which may include addressing complaints, resolving disputes, enforcing company policies, and mediating employee complaints
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports as needed.
• Assists with planning and executing special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and social activities.
• Support annual HR Cycle Performance Management processes in close collaboration with APAC HR Business Partner.
• Support Learning and Development planning and execution as required.
• Support APAC HR Business Partner in implementing any prevailing/arising business needs and potential initiatives.
• Regularly communicate HR-related topics to employees.
• Coordinate and manage ad hoc HR projects as needed, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solid ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• 4+ years’ experience as an HR generalist, with at least 2 years of AU payroll experience
• Attention to detail and result-driven
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and payroll systems (Papaya Preferable)
• Collaborative and comfortable with hands-on administration with multiple priorities.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organisation Development

• Prepare CAD drawings, REVIT/BIM to support customer’s project specifications and requirements
• Create drawings based on PDF, hand drawn or verbal instructions using AutoCAD to support customers’ project requirements
• Calculate material requirements and liaise with internal team for accurate and timely material orders
• Prepare drawings and compile documentation for project submission

Requirements:

• Possess 3 years of proven experience in AutoCAD/REVIT/BIM, preferable in mechanical engineering field
• Possess excellent computer skills in AutoCAD software, BIM and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word & Project)
• Independent, team player with ability to multi-task
• Possess strong communication and organization skills
