The Project Officer will be a key supporting staff at CCTF, responsible for managing the communications and engagement activities of the Centre, as well as supporting the administration and planning of the activities/initiatives of the Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and plan the marketing communications effort of CCTF including the production of publicity materials as well as management of CCTF website and social media accounts.
• To support in the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of all CCTF projects and initiatives.
• To plan, organize and manage meetings and events (including technical symposiums, innovation challenges, seminars/webinars, talks, etc), providing the necessary support in marketing communications, coordination and logistics.
• To provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations.
• To support student management for Graduate Programs.
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Motivated self-starter who is comfortable working with a team, as well as independently, under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Good research skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong organisational skills.
• Creative with a good eye for aesthetics.
• Experience and interest in Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies for applications in diverse domains will be preferred.

An initial 1-year contract will be offered, with an option to renew for 2 additional years upon satisfactory performance.
