Job Responsibilities:

• Schedules meetings, prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes
• Maintains project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and reports and ensures all documents are organized, up-to-date and easily accessible
• Serves as the main contact person for the project by taking calls, messages and handling correspondences with clients & external parties, where appropriate direct the correspondence or communication to the relevant Project Team members

• Prepares and distribute project updates and reports

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering/HR/Administration
• Minimum 3 years experience in project work environment
• Familiar with PIMS or other document software control systems will be preferred

The Foundations of Thermodynamics Group is a newly formed group in the School of Humanities at the Nanyang Technological University Singapore led by Nanyang Assistant Professor of Philosophy Eugene Y. S. Chua. It provides a space for research on all aspects of the conceptual foundations of thermodynamics, with particular focus on understanding the conceptual foundations of thermodynamics beyond the classical domain, e.g., in the quantum and relativistic domains, or how thermodynamics relates to other non-fundamental domains such as fluid dynamics and neuroscience.

The group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Officer to oversee the management and administration of the group’s day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities, managing budgets and project finances, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Collaborate with key account managers to identify new business and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation for the organisation.

REQUIREMENT
