Position Overview:

The Head of Business Planning and Performance will be a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, resource optimization, and continuous improvement across Aviation Ground Handling operations. Key Responsibilities:

1) Resource Planning and Optimization

Scope of Work: The Business Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering key project initiatives.

1. Check repaired / overhauled history of components and determine the workscope to perform.

2. Update and maintain database of all the additional requirements from customers to be performed on specific components. Inform workshop to perform these additional requirements for the specific components.

3. Track and update the status of all sub-components that are sent to outhouse vendors. Follow up with outhouse vendors on any queries related to these sub-components.

4. Monitor the availability of all spares that are indicated in Bill of Materials for all workshops.

5. Work closely with SIA and SIAEC Materials Requirement Planning Teams to provision sufficient spares to support operations.

6. Provide regular reports on the performance of outhouse vendors and inhouse workshop.

7. Carry out any other duties as assigned.

• Assistant to Project Lead to manage and coordinate with CSIS vendors or Citi business stakeholders inclusive of attending/ initiating meetings and all to ensure we meet the scheduled timeline, stakeholders’ expectations, facilitate on the testing programs for the newly installed security systems

Market Intelligence

Perform market research to identify areas of interest, iterate on key findings and communicate market insights.

Analyse competitors’ activities to determine the best strategies for increasing market share or generating new business opportunities.

Business Strategies

Develop long term business strategies and priorities in pursuing new opportunities in growth areas, new and existing markets.
Identify areas of capability building to strengthen YRI’s current and future competitive advantages.
Working with management to develop policies, strategies, and plans to ensure that business objectives are achieved.

Annual Business Planning

Support Business Group’s annual business planning process

Good tertiary education.

- A degree in Business or Economics is preferred.
- Possess at least 3 years of working experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development within the IT Services & Consulting industry

Proven ability to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets in the APAC region.

5+years of experience in sales or business development within the IT sector.

Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions.

Proficient in drafting and reviewing MSA, SOW, and other contractual agreements.

Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and project staffing.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Has 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure development and project management, including coordination with onsite and remote teams;
• Experience in IT infrastructure project management, covering areas like Linux, Windows, Middleware, Databases, Networks, Storage, Firewalls, Technology, and Applications;
• Proficiency in various infrastructure technologies, including Cloud, Networking, Firewalls, Citrix, Active Directory, VMware, Monitoring, Storage, Puppet, Graylog, and related technologies;
• Experience driving and coordinating end-to-end regional enterprise-wide IT infrastructure projects (e.g., data center consolidations, hardware migrations, technology refreshes) within the banking industry;
