This position will be responsible for reviewing and management reporting for the assigned portfolio of companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Review of accounts prepared by the offshore finance team for the portfolio of assets, ensure compliance with Singapore FRS is done correctly and ensure mapping to accounts done correctly.
• Management reporting / MIS preparation for the assigned portfolio for companies on a monthly basis
• Assist with bi-annual forecast and annual budgetingHandle client payroll administration including application, managing CPF submission, Form IR8A
• Experience doing Xero migration
• XBRL
• Preparing Tax submission - Corporate Tax, GST, Withholding taxes etc
• Preparing annual audit report per local statutory requirements
• Assisting in all Client Audit
• Preparing all Company Secretary matters
• Any other ad-hoc reporting

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ of relevant post-qualification experiences.
• Familiar with tax law in Singapore – GST, WHT, Corporate tax
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required as the role requires liaising with various parties such as inter-department, external suppliers, property manager and operators.
• Hands-on with good eyes for details, responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

As a Business Development Manager for an airport transport and limousine company, your scope of work would include the following responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends in the airport transport and limousine industry. Analyze data and make recommendations for business growth opportunities.

2. Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue. Set achievable goals and objectives for the business development team.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and establish new business relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and other potential partners. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

4. Sales and Negotiation: Present the company's services to potential clients and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Information & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Project Implementation:

1.Arrange meetings to understanding potential clients’ business solution requirements

2.Arrange with clients’ to do a site survey to familiarise with outlet layout

3.Prepare client’s system backend and hardware

4.Onsite installation of hardware

5.Provide training for users on operating the system

6.Provide cover support for clients when their system go live

7.Arrange project reviews with clients after system implemented

Technical Support:

1.Provide timely support and resolutions for clients’ enquiries and system issues within SLA

2.Replacement of hardware may be required for faulty hardware

3.Support phone duty of one week per month with company allowance will be given

4.Testing of new system features or fixes will be required

5.Other ad-hoc tasks

· Evaluate customers’ future needs and recommend best practices

Requirements:

-Diploma in IT in above is preferred but not a must

-Knowledge and experience in working with POS is an added advantage

Job Family Descriptor

The TDA role provides End to End technical leadership and ownership for post sales engineering of
customer solutions, engaging with Pre-sales, Product Engineering, Service Delivery, Service Assurance and the customer, through design, delivery and migration stages. Provide level 4 support for design related support issues. Serves as a technical expert on solutions design and implementation requirements to address business needs. Analyses the functionality and constraints of recommended solution/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications. Also plans and implements processes and systems for effective delivery of complex solution sought by customers. Roles in this function require broad and deep technical knowledge and experience across varying infrastructure requirements, development, design and re-engineering.

Minimum qualification & experience

8+ years industry background

· Experience & expertise in minimum 2 SDWAN OEMs design & deployments ( Cisco, Versa and Fortinet preferred)

· Expert Level certification ( Equivalent to CCIE) in technologies such as Routing and Switching, Service Provider,

· Application Acceleration and Optimization

· Excellent communication and documentation skills

· Design related background

· Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge & industry best practices under pressure

· Basic Coding skills desirable

· Telecommunication Product or Solution Design related background

Key Responsibilities

Post-sales design documentation, implementation and migration of advanced complex solutions
for managed enterprise customers. Complex solutions consist of multi-product services. The TDA’s
role is to ensure that these services interoperate and integrate into the customer environment.
· Such products consist of but not limited to SDWAN, MPLS, Ethernet, IPSec VPN’s, VoIP,
Video Conferencing, Orchestration, WAN Optimization, Managed Security Services, Cloud
Services, Managed Hosting and Complex Migration Planning,
· In general, TDA engineers must be expert level certified in one or more disciplines. Have a broad
understanding across the technical landscape within Telecommunications and Enterprise IT
architectures and have a natural ability to converse with both technical and executive audiences
· Basic Knowledge on programming & scripting including but not limited to Python, Yang, Perl, JSON
etc.
· The TDA will own the technical delivery of customer solutions and will be the technical interface
between the customer, product teams and project management during service delivery.
· Close engagement with pre-sales, technically validating solutions proposed are deliverable and all
technical aspects are clearly defined prior to contract signature. The TDA accepts technical
ownership of the solution at the point of contract signature.
· Engaging with and supporting pre-sales during contracting, with project management during
service realization and the training of Service Assurance, through design, delivery and handover
into lifecycle management.
· Lead customer-facing technical workshops in the delivery phase requiring excellent communication
with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to all levels of competency.
· 4th Line escalation. Providing support to 3rd line teams for OEM and design related faults.
