Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement strategic plans to foster strong ties with investors, analysts and the financial community.
• Develop relevant communications materials including press releases, presentations, websites and corporate collaterals, and manage both traditional and digital communication channels.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, investment community and the media.
• Oversee and in-charge of the company’s Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Annual General Meetings and Corporate Social Responsibility events.
• Any other duties assigned by the CEO

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in dealing with corporate communications and media, as well as investors
• Degree holder in relevant studies
• Good communication, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills.
• Event organization and planning skills.

Job Description & Requirements

Reporting to Asset Management Department, you shall maintain an efficient day to day operation of administrative duties on all matters relating to the Asset Management division.

Job Description:

• Responsible for maximising total return for the portfolio of properties assigned, including working with the property management & leasing department to improve occupancy, revenue (rental and other income) and reduce costs.
• Tenant & lease management of assigned portfolio of properties.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of management reports and board papers.
• Coordinate the bi-annual valuation execrises.
• To liaise with and/or engage relevant authorities ie. JTC for onboarding of new tenants.
• Assist senior management in evaluating and resolving operational issues.
• Support senior management in matters such as ideal structuring, due diligence, feasibility studies during acquisition/deposition of assets.
• All other duties assigned by the senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or relevant working experience
• Knowledge in Data Analytics or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Yardi systems
• 1 year of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment is a plus. Candidates without working experience will be considered
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operation for accounts payable and receivable.

• Work closely with the AR team to understand customer billing and collection process

• Process and posting of AR-related entries into accounting system· Handle customers' enquires on payment related issues

• Ensure invoices from suppliers/inter-companies/staff claims are recorded accurately and timely into the financial system

• Check that invoices/expenses are properly authorized and process payment accordingly

• Recognise expenses in a timely, consistent basis in line with the accounting treatment

• Assists the team in the month-end closing.

• Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned

Qualification and requirements

• Diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of accounting/finance experience

• Candidates who have experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable is an added advantage

• A keen learner and possess a positive working attitude

• Computer literate & proficient in MS Office.

• Able to start work immediately or with a short notice period
