Job Description:
1. Develop the cross-border business and conduct market research and analysis on cross-border customers to improve existing services and revise existing policies and procedures.
2. Promote cross-border financial services targeting foreign students and expatriates/work pass holders, manage witness-account opening, organise and collaborate with corporate banking department on promotional activities.
3. Pro-actively assist head office on the review and adjustment of products and services and data consolidation, provide training to branches in China and Singapore on the opening of witness accounts and cross-border products and services,
4. Manage consistent promotion of cross-border financial services to develop the business.
5. Collaborate with overseas branches, including BOCHK, to promote the development of cross-border business.
6. Assist with the preparation and submission of business data and reports.
7. Other tasks and duties as assigned.
8. Achieve the department's cross-border business targets.
Requirement:
1. Education：Bachelor Degree and above is preferred.
2. Working Experience: 1 years and above.
3. Competency：Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, with good oral and written communication and coordination skills in English and Mandarin so as to speak with Chinese speaking customers and stakeholders.
Other requirements:
4. Experience in financial services,business analysis,product development,financial management is preferred.
5. Enrich and manage data and translate insight into action.
6. Ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs and manage multiple projects requirementssimultaneously

8. Highly independent and self-motivated, should be able to work with minimum supervision
