• Interface with key Global and Regional Customers to facilitate new business scoping, pricing and RFQ responses as well as defining project plans for implementation of customers’ requirements in the region
• Ensure a coordinated tender process including internal/external management of all matters of design, calculations, negotiations of logistic tenders for existing and target customers
• Review and counter sign regional tender submissions and customer logistics contracts with consideration of the existing and applicable approval framework
• Manage risk related to costs calculations and pricing through the entire proposal process
• Develop and lead customer presentations demonstrating solution approach as well as company capabilities and participate in contract and/or financial negotiations

Keep abreast of relevant supply chain industry information, handling and storage equipment innovations, supply chain technology and operational best practice to drive innovations and shares relevant information with members of Solution Design & Tender management Team.

Skills and Qualification

• Experience in modern Warehouse and Distribution, Supply Chain design (automation and other modern warehousing innovation (robotics, digitalization) is preferred.
• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant technical field.
• More than 8 years of relevant working experience in the logistics and supply chain industry; knowledge of 3PL, 4PL and LLP variations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with good commercial and technical understanding of CL
• Multi-tasking ability to work different programs and plans at the same time. Require hands-on approach and work under time pressure.
• Self-starter with positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
• Possess strong persuasive skills when pitching proposed solution(s) to the customers
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Distinctive intercultural competency: able to communicate with all levels of the organisation, work as a team and build strong rapport and credibility both internally (country organisation, regional and global offices) and externally (customers and vendors).

Responsibilities:

• Critical role responsible for production, review and monitoring of Local Liquidity Regulatory reporting and associated regulatory engagement / liquidity rule interpretation matters - these reports are generated Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly and require significant attention to detail and regulatory awareness to ensure timely and accurate submission to the local Regulators.

Site Location : Changi City Point

Project Type : Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) Construction

Duration : 12 months (August 2024 - August 2025)

Responsibilities:

• To carry out thorough review and verify all project-related drawings (including working drawings, shop drawings, authority submission drawings, and as-built drawings) and specifications for all Works. Promptly identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues before the commencement and throughout the progression of ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical, Fire Protection System, C&S works, and architectural works/activities on site.
• To carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
• To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems.
• Maintain a daily site records and submit weekly progress report with photographs to the Consultant/Project Lead.
• To proactively highlight issue and any unusual site findings to the Consultant/Project Lead to ensure solutions or directions are given in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing.
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred.
• Possess at least 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations, as well as technical knowledge.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and report.
