Job Duties

• Handle daily admin and front desk duties

• Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.

• Arrange class schedules and feedback for parents, students and tutors

• Arrange invoicing and payments

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales

• Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Command of Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well)

Additional Details

- Working Days: 2 weekdays per week

- Working Hours: 10am to 7pm*

- Salary: $15/hour. Additional performance and team bonuses apply for each new student onboarded.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet manpower needs for polyclinics.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to handle the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignations.
• Provide HR administrative support including:Work with uniform vendors to allocate uniforms for new hires and ensure correct reflection in records.
  Process monthly allowances for students on pre-service sponsorship programs.
  Arrange pre-employment medical exams for interns and process their monthly allowances.
  Submit funding claims on time.
  Maintain and update training records for all employees.
  Ensure vaccination records are updated quarterly for audits.
  Coordinate logistics for monthly meetings and employee engagement sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.e
