Job Requirements

TCI Express Pte Ltd, a leading Express and logistics service provider specializing in air freight services and express trucking, is hiring an experienced Business Development Director to drive aggressive growth in the Express cross-border trucking and international air freight sector.

This role will focus on identifying and securing new business from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, building new client relationships, and establishing TCI Express as a preferred partner for air freight services and cross-border trucking in both Singapore and APAC. The focus is on B2B.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠New Business Acquisition:

- Take full ownership of lead generation and business development efforts to acquire new clients from scratch.
