Basic Functions

The MCAPS Asia President office is looking for a customer centric and results driven individual to partner with our Areas to deliver the most impactful Customer and Partner Executive engagement. Reporting to the Chief of Staff (CoS) of the Asia President, this role will primarily plan and execute Customer & Partner executive engagements and programs, working across with Leaders’ CoS and various functions in Asia Areas, Countries and Corporate.

Responsibilities

6. Formulate a systematic process for Areas/Countries to request for Asia President and Corporate Executives engagement with Asia Customers. Create an overview of these requests along with visits to Asia by Corp Executives.
7. Connect with functional teams, not limited to Solution GBB/Industry/ECA/CO&I to form a holistic view and understanding of the business. Partner with these teams and leverage a wide spectrum of expertise and capabilities to orchestrate internally, enabling the greatest impact with the Customer through the One Microsoft engagement.

We are seeking for a Business Relationship Manager to specifically manage our Japanese corporate customer portfolio. The incumbent will report to the Head of Japanese Corporate Banking Department and will be responsible for marketing, business development, relationship management and risk management for new and existing Japanese clients. The person will promote corporate banking and other related services and investment activities to Japanese affiliated companies in the Asia Pacific region. The incumbent will also need to manage and strengthen existing customer relationships that have been established by the Head Office in Japan.

• Be the behind-the-scenes hero: managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and keeping things running seamlessly.
• Take ownership of key documents like contracts, proposals, and SOWs—polishing them to perfection.
• Draft reports, presentations, and pitches that stand out and tell a story.

Backing Sales Like a Champ:

• Help create killer solution write-ups, pricing strategies, and SOWs that seal deals.
• Be the backbone of the sales process—track leads, update CRMs, and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
• Dive into research to uncover market trends, potential opportunities, and fresh ideas.

Driving Strategy with Confidence:

• Be the Regional Director’s partner-in-crime, keeping strategic projects, alliances, and partnerships on track.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle overall project management, project schedule and directions for ACMV Project.
• Manage, lead, and handle a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator and sub-contractors.
• Manage and control project budget and ensure project completion in timely manner.
• Manage and prepare monthly payment claim submission, variation order submission and extension of time submission to the Main Contractor.
• Manage and prepare sub-contractors’ payment response and variation order claim.
• Carry out site visits throughout the project to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed programme.
• Analyse and prepare the overall schedule and project execution plan.
• Mitigate site issues and propose a contingency plan.
• Liaise with the main contractor, consultant and client representative.
• Plan and allocate resources, projection and forecast of manpower.
• Ensure proper management and control of project documentation.
• Manage and lead the team for preparation, submission and obtain approval of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, material, equipment, RFA, RFI etc.
• Conduct regular site meetings and attend essential meetings.
• Manage, plan, and lead the testing & commissioning of ACMV system.
• Manage, lead and handover OMM document, training, as built drawings, spare parts and DLP program.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in similar fields.
• Must have 15 years’ design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS System.
• Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit.
