Job Scope:

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, client and subcontractor management, design adherence, budget control, and sourcing materials. The PM will work closely with design teams and clients to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and profitability objectives are met.

1. Time Line Management

• Develop comprehensive project timelines and manage order of project fabrication.
• Identify critical time frames and allocate time slots to finalise designs with the design team.

D.Procurement and Supplier Coordination

• Procure materials, furnishings, and other project items according to the design specifations provided by the design team.
• Coordinate with sellers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

E.Design Adherence

• Ensure that design standards are met and maintained, applying creative problem-solving to address fabrication challenges.

F.Subcontractor Coordination

Team Introduction

Finance BP - TikTok and TNS is a sub-department of Finance. You will be empowered to be the key contributor to ByteDance's continuing success. This role is based out of our Singapore office supporting APAC region with a focus on South East Asia primarily. The finance business partner team aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and act as a strategic partner to the content partnership, operations, and marketing functions teams globally.
• Work closely with the business team and strategy team, provide optimized financial solutions or advice to support business decisions.
• Prepare managerial financial reports and rolling forecasts, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis to ensure that the planning process provides an efficient and effective tool for the leadership team.
• Provide financial models, analysis and support for commercial strategies.
• Manage the development and execution of the financial plan for the company.
• Complete the cost / benefit analysis and communicate key drivers / inputs to support business decisions.
• Conduct budget control, involve in business operations and review project applications.
• Build and optimize financial processes, related systems and financial modeling to improve efficiency and control business risk.
• Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.
• Approximately 30% of travel is required for this role across South East Asia; mainly travelling to Indonesia / Thailand / Vietnam to work with stakeholders based in these countries.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering or related strategic finance experience.
• Experience from fortune 500 global companies with past experience collaborating across global timezones as the role requires collaboration with global business / finance teams across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
• Regional (multiple countries in APAC) marketing and social media-related content financial management and strategic partner experience are necessary as this finance business partner is responsible for the regional marketing and content team.
• CPA or CFA or CMA qualification is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Media, high growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred.
• Social media product financial management experience is preferred.
• Management consulting background is preferred.
• Excellent data analytics skills including proficiency with SQL preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
• MBA qualification preferred.

Job Purpose

• Working as a key part of the Digital for Business team, you are responsible as the Senior Business Analyst for web/mobile solutions under Digital Online Sales Platform that meet customer, business and operation’s needs.
• This means you are responsible for the system related activities of the end-to-end project lifecycle, which include requirements gathering, design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, post launch support, and growth of user adoption rate.

The Job

• Act as the product owner and subject matter expert of the web & mobile platform for Digital Online Sales Platform, and maintain awareness and knowledge of new business initiative, emerging e-commerce technology, and IT ecosystem concerning the Digital Online Sales Platform product roadmap.
• Work with CX and UX teams to gather business requirements to ensure both function and non-functional requirements are fully captured, completed and properly documented.
• Understand stakeholders' business needs and priorities. Relate to their concerns and objectives, and accommodate into own work priorities.
• Facilitate communications between the various stakeholders and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, other platform product owners, vendors, etc.
• Translate and simplify requirements into formal documents, e.g. Business requirement documents as per project needs.
• Handle developers’ queries, analyzing data and supporting Business user’s queries.
• Understand test cases, review test steps and expected test results based on test cases. Support test and document results, and ensure all the deliverables are as per Business needs.
• Coordinate with analytics teams to analyze platform performance and recommend approaches to adoption/penetration rate of the developed system applications
• Identify process improvement for adoption to optimize delivery processes.
• Conduct post launch analysis of application performance and end-user feedback and to plan with solutions vendor for application enhancements / change requests.
• Support business and operations on post launch defects investigation, prioritization, fixing, testing and deployment.
  Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Summary

• To lead the development and delivery of technical solutions across the ASEAN region.
