Job Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management Support/Investment Research

• Support the investment manager in the day-to-day management of investment products which includes cash flow projection, cash management and monitoring of corporate actions

Daily Operations

Oil Major/CDI & Other Commercial Inspections

• Liaise with the Insurance Manager (or Principals) in H&M claims handling. Provide technical input, and cost information, if required, for P&I claims (cargo and crew) and H&M claims.

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Attend the dry-docking, discuss shipyard invoicing before presenting same to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for approval.

About the Role:

The Associate Manager, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is responsible for managing marketing automation platforms and workflows to streamline customer communications. This role involves developing and implementing automated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness, and collaborating with CRM and analytics teams to integrate customer insights into marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Automation Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and optimization of marketing automation platforms.
• Campaign Development: Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and support customer journeys and drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Execution: Design, build, and sustain end-to-end marketing campaign flows from data selection to HTML development, data validation, proofing and campaign deployment. Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, and contribute to the development of direct channel communications
• Analytics & Optimization: Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs, develop testing scenarios and hypotheses, monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Support the global loyalty program and integrate the process into the overall framework
• Conversion: Encourage customers who receive email updates to book their itineraries through targeted and compelling marketing messages.
• Collaboration: Work with content, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business and marketing data and effectively translate analytics into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and strategies to optimize existing processes and drive key business metrics.
• A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B testing plans to continually improve campaign performance.
• Data maintenance - Assist in data entry and maintenance of marketing databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
• Vendor Management - Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for procurement of marketing services and materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking for direct marketing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Best Practices: Stay updated on marketing automation best practices and emerging trends to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience with tools such as Salesforce / Clever Tap
• Strong business and commercial acumen with proven track record of driving exponential sales growth through the effective management of CRM analysis, channels and platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with Audience segmentation and activation tools (DMP, CDP, Data Onboarders), A/B testing, campaign analysis, and CRM reporting.
• In-depth understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and scripting languages.
• Understanding of Customer Data Strategy concepts (1st/2nd/3rd party data, Compliance, Data Privacy and Suppression, Segmentation)
• Basic experience with API integrations, web services, and microservices architectures is a bonus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive learning attitude and ability to work effectively across teams.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and project management skills.
• Must be flexible and comfortable working across different time zones to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

1. AUTHORITY

• In charge of the operational procurement process for ship’s requirements.

2. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY / TASK DESCRIPTION



▪ Negotiate / communicate with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules

▪ Schedule, arrange, and follow-up on logistics to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of

items on board

▪ Monitor schedules of the assigned group of vessels to optimize deliveries on board

▪ Proactively participate in department meetings and other activities



3. EXECUTION

▪ Processing ship’s requisitions via the defined in Company Procurement procedures

▪ Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors

▪ Create and send purchase orders after approval

▪ Prepare items for shipment, arrange for transportation of product and coordinate shipments of

supplies to ships

▪ Update good receipt for each order

▪ Processing of invoices belonging to the orders she/he has created and/or are related to her/his

group of vessels

▪ Liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and vessels

▪ Other procurement tasks as delegated by the Procurement Manager

▪ Interacts with ships to identify and meet requirements / problem resolution and to accommodate

short lead-time orders

▪ Request and process vessel feedback on quality and timing of deliveries of goods and services

▪ Provide information to the Procurement Manager on various monthly / weekly reports as

relevant

▪ Coordinate with appointed freight forwarder and monitor stock list at regular intervals

▪ Ensure that Procurement policies and standard procedures are adhered to at all times

4. REPORTING LINE (FUNCTION REPORTS TO)

• The Procurement Executive reports to the Procurement Manager.  

5. Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent education with at least 2 years experience in Maritime industry
• Mature, meticulous, proactive, resourceful & hands-on
• Strong communication & negotiation skill - Good spoken English required
• Ability to prioritize workload & meet deadlines
• Good IT skill - Procurment operating system skill
• Good team player and able to work well under pressure in a fas-paced environment
