• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.
• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.
• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Collaborate with other building staffs to ensure seamless resident and guest experience
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by front of house managers.

Requirement:

• Minimum Secondary education
• At Least 1 year experience in doorman or bell desk operations
• Ability to exude a welcoming demeanor
• Must be in good physical condition as job requires lifting and moving of heavy/bulky items
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain a high level of composure in a busy environment

Additional:

• AM Shift: 8am to 4pm
• PM Shift: 3pm to 11pm
• Location: Novena MRT
