• Hands-on experience in projects and programs involving internal strategy, marketing, distribution support, business transformation and/or infrastructure and capital works development and delivery
• Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is highly desirable
• Capabilities in Portfolio / Program / Project Management, Agile PM delivery, PM technology and digital services, PMO / PM as a service

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with HR manager on HR-related functions, i.e. conduct orientation sessions, employee relations and employer branding establishment;

- Assists employee lifecycle in the company, i.e. onboard and exit process;

- Support HR training programs;

- Comply with local labour law, advise the management team and HR on needed actions;

- Administrative support for all BUs including managing office suppliers, catering, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, courier logistics and other operational tasks;

- Support general office management duties of the company. Coordination of employee events and activities, including training, team building, anniversary celebrations etc;

- Understand and follow company administrative standards and policies and are responsible for all administrative activities in the office, corporate policy/proceeding optimisation;

- Responsible for reception phone calls to ensure effective and professional communication is delivered both internally and externally;

- Assist in organising and maintaining admin/financial records;

- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by the office manager;

Job Requirements:

· Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

· Proficient in MS Office applications.

· Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Portfolio Reporting & Management

• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and analysing investment performance metrics, including portfolio returns, asset allocation, risk measures, and benchmark comparisons, to evaluate the effectiveness of investment strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generating investment operations reports, including investment performance & other relevant metrics reports, risk reports, and compliance reports, to stakeholders.
• Risk Management and Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to streamline investment reporting.

Financial Management and Reporting

• Oversea financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Update and maintain portfolio analytics database.
• Generate comprehensive summary reports on portfolio performance, asset allocation, and other relevant metrics for internal use.

Strategic Financial Planning:

• Assist with roll-out of financial strategies and initiatives to support business growth and profitability.
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Identify and assess legal, regulatory, and financial risks facing the company.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Other Ad-Hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounts from NUS / NTU /SMU etc is required.
• 1-2years of internship/ Full time experience in Finance/ Investment Operations roles, ideally with exposure to financial management
• High Calibre freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, general corporate law, financial principles, and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage complex projects effectively
