The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, fostering strong client relationships, and driving product awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and conduct presentations to high-end clients, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, and deliver persuasive presentations to expand our client portfolio.
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all sales activities, including meetings, sales opportunities, projects, and sales forecasts. Take appropriate actions to ensure the effectiveness of these activities.
- Prioritize customer service satisfaction and work diligently to cultivate positive client relationships.
- Stay informed about market needs and trends, competitors, and industry strategies to support the company's business plans.
- Maintain accurate and current records of all sales appointments and activities within the CRM system.
- Ensure that all jobs and projects have sales confirmations before commencement.
- Verify that all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standard operating procedures.
- Submit comprehensive weekly sales reports detailing progress and achievements.
- Attend monthly sales meetings to provide updates, share insights, and collaborate with the team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the organization.
