Assist in Project planning, defining scope and maintaining project schedules.

Work with Sales team, Purchasing, Production operation, to review Scheduling and Planning meetings or project tasks, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and available.

Coordinate planned and scheduling of preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.

Develop and execute production schedule to meet customer orders.

Develop, implement and maintain work instructions for current and new projects.

Adjust schedules based on site conditions and propose changes for variances.

Job Description

This position will collect, process, input, organize and file data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders in order to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance and communications needs of projects

• Provide routine administrative support to internal and external project management team members
• Responsible for preparation of construction drawings, using Revit and CAD software.
• Draft outline and detailed drawing(S) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer's requirement
• Assist in preparation of project documentation required for submission of drawing
• Documentation control relating to all project activities at site
• Oversee project procurement management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Engineer/ Project Manager

Requirements
- Experience in the related field is highly welcomed.

- Minimum diploma qualification with knowledge in 2D, 3D AutoCAD software and Revit.

Position Purpose

End-to-End Equity Derivatives Automation is a project under the Resilience program that aims at standardizing the Equity Derivatives processing in China. The projects end objective is to achieve enhanced automation for Equity Derivative Trade Processing in China and extend the functionalities developed to other APAC locations to support added trading opportunities for the front office with a robust operational processing model and technical stack for the ITO. The project entails a transformation in the way the Equity Derivative trade processing is managed out of APAC from both a process and a systems standpoint. We are looking at an IT Business Analyst / Project manager who can help manage this transformation across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.

Responsibilities

· Transversal BA / PM for the Program with focus on gathering requirements and preparing high level functional specifications

· Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance.

· Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries

· Test management for the front to finance chainStakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

· Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context.

· Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions.

· Knowledge on Trade life cycleAbility to work with stakeholders across geographies. Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations

Specific Qualifications:

• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria
• Transversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, group reporting chains
• Minimum 5 Years of Business Analyst / Project Management Experience.
• PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors. |

Role & Responsibilities:

• IT project management which includes:developing project plans according to business requirements
  identifying risks and implement mitigation/ solutions
  ensuring projects progress to meet agreed schedules and costs
  plan and conduct UAT to ensure quality of project deliverables
  
• Identify, prepare, and curate data sets suitable for training and validating generative AI models.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of generative AI solutions, track key metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest generative AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Manages the implementation and adoption of new technology solutions, driving successful integration with existing systems and processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure project progress and milestones are achieved.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, including participating in client meetings, preparing technical proposals, and presenting solutions to clients.
• Perform or oversee system patches, security upgrades and routine maintenance to minimize downtime and protect against IT security threats.
• Conduct IT audits on system administration, operations and processes, and to propose as well as deliver solutions based on the audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in prompt engineering or a related role in the Generative AI technologies/ model
• Able to define and articulate business needs and translate them into clear requirements for generative AI solutions
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data generated by Generative AI models and derive meaningful insights.
• Effective communication abilities and a rapid grasp of business requirements
• Understanding of Agile software development practices is an advantage

Familiarity in software development projects involving PHP, React and .NET is an advantage
