The project entails a transformation in the way the Equity Derivative trade processing is managed out of APAC from both a process and a systems standpoint. We are looking at an IT Business Analyst / Project manager who can help manage this transformation across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.

Responsibilities

· Transversal BA / PM for the Program with focus on gathering requirements and preparing high level functional specifications

· Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance.

· Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries

· Test management for the front to finance chainStakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

· Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context.

· Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions.
