RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contract, Project & Filing management, preparation of purchase order, variations & final accounts and generation of cost control and reports
• General administration support to project team and assisting the project manager in working out the quantities for variations and progress claims
• Prepare monthly progress claim, vet/recommend and prepare clients’ payment certificate for management approval
• Act as second point of contact (client-servicing) on behalf of project engineers for enquiries from external stakeholders pertaining to projects & term contracts
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned

• Minimum “O” Level, diploma is a plus.

You are to support the team and providing operational support to programme delivery.

This is an end-to-end functions for the delivery of training, learning programmes.

Role

• Conceptualise and deliver virtual, blended and classroom learning interventions (e.g. develop learning resources/materials and monitor/evaluate impact of learning interventions etc.)

• Work with subject matter experts and trainers to shape the course content, curriculum and learning outcomes. Provide support and assistance to associate trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes.

• Partner public agencies to develop and customise L&D interventions to support their developmental plans

• Project manage the development of programmes and other workstreams, including managing stakeholders (e.g. Finance, AV, Admin and Estate and Customer Service), business processes, budget and timelines to support the effective delivery of learning interventions

• Responsible for full spectrum of course administration and logistic duties (incl. booking of training rooms, preparing training materials, managing suppliers and vendors, registration, setting up of classes, and ensuring timely payments)

• Manage the finances and procurement matters related to the programmes e.g. proper accrual of expenditures related to the programmes/events, prepare procurement documents, Invitation to Quote (ITQ)

• Responsible for keeping accurate and proper records. Manage databases e.g. for alumni.

• Comply with college service standards and operations guidelines.

• Provide timely publicity of course information, issuing of course placement letters, billing of participants and payment to trainers and vendors.

• Work closely with Team Leader to provide timely course updates and raise any potential service lapses to Management.

Requirements:-

- Diploma in any discipline

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative role.

Job Description：

• Managing IT infrastructure end-to-end from inception to closure
• Support solutions team in pre-project sizing and planning
• Manage scope, budget, cashflow, risks, issues in overall project plan
• Present weekly progress reports, budget utilization and projection to management and project steering committee.
• Manage the internal and external project stakeholders
• Provide guidance to project team members including disambiguating requirements •Develop project documentation and artifacts required for execution such as risk register, security exceptions, known issue list
• Organize and conduct project meetings and steerco meetings
• Ensure project objectives are aligned and met including scope, cost and schedule
• Ensure adherence to the company prevailing change management processes
• Document project plans, knowledgebase and learnings
• Be the point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement

Requirements:

• IT and Project Management Certifications- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, PMI-ACP
• Minimum 3+ years project management experience, completing at least 5 large scale customer facing infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of Unified Communications, Contact Centre, Networking and Cloud infrastructure
• Experience in Avaya solutions preferred
• Strong leadership skills, team player with strong communication skills
• Possess critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present clearly both verbally and in written form
• Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently and technically competent in carrying out tasks
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with business and technical subject matter experts
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a few teams of supervisors for daily work activities.
• Liaise with the client, internal staff, and subcon on daily activities.
• Manage the progress of the work activities.
• Prepare the site team with the necessary tools, equipment, and PPE and procurement of them.
• Preparation of monthly lateral logging updates and claims documents for QS submission to client.
• Report and discuss with the Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestions for mitigation and improvement, if any.
