Senior Project Manager (Project & Development Services)
What this job involves:
Supporting the team
You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project – from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. You will be exposed to Design & Build Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, lndustrial, Hospitality and Education.
Managing multiple projects concurrently
Do you enjoy multi-tasking? Several projects are on-going at various stages hence you will have to coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. You will be involved from preparing project specifications and project timeline, preparing tender or bid documents and vendor procurement as well as weekly project reports and updates to be submitted the stakeholders. Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines is the key!

- Have prior experience in the design and build environment as an consultant or contractor
- Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders to establish clear briefs and technology requirements
- Manage the competitive procurement process of and installation process, sourcing of vendors, unit rates etc
- Project manage appointed contractors through project delivery including approving design submittals, site inspections, final commissioning & acceptance and client handover
- Oversee contractor testing and commissioning works
- Assist in developing QA processes for managing implementation phases of projects

To apply you need to be:
Client-centric problem solver
We employ talent from a wide range of backgrounds, though typically you should have a degree in a relevant field, and/or around seven to ten years’ experience in AV/IT/Security Design & Build sector in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients. It would be excellent if you have a strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management—including management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation, to name a few. Your expertise in surveying a client’s basic needs, completing commercial assessments, and preparing PM proposals will also be put to the test. Your quickness in understanding and dealing with a situation will be indispensable especially in carrying out value engineering, build ability analysis, critical reviews of design and documentation.
