Prospecting and Lead Generation:

· Consistently develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in the retail and e-marketplace sectors.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in developing and executing partnership and channel strategy aligned with the company’s objectives as well as serve as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring alignment with company goals
• In charge of building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, vendors and channels, ensuring successful collaboration.
• In Charge of providing training, support, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support the company’s products.
• Taking charge of setting and monitoring performance metrics for partnership and channel activities, including revenue targets, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements:

The Experimental Drug Development Centre (EDDC) is at the forefront of advancing Singapore-discovered therapeutic assets from concept to commercialization. We collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of scientists to translate cutting-edge research into innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate projects entering EDDC’s portfolio by conducting thorough business due diligence.
• Perform market analysis and continuously monitor the competitive landscape as projects progress within our portfolio.
• Foster strong relationships with local and international scientific and business partners crucial to EDDC's success.
• Lead contractual negotiations and participate in commercialization discussions (e.g., out-licensing, co-development) with third parties in collaboration with A* Innovation & Enterprise and A*STAR Legal.
• Represent EDDC and its projects at meetings with external academic and industry partners.
• Attend international industry partnering conferences to connect with potential pharma and biotech partners, showcase EDDC’s drug discovery efforts, and establish strategic partnerships.
• Assist in refining EDDC’s value proposition for drug co-development and venture creation with local and international entities.

Requirements:

• Degree in biology, biochemistry, or related discipline. With additional qualifications in business administration, finance, or a related field will be a plus. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred.
• Proven experience in business development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including deal-making and strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes, market dynamics, and intellectual property considerations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience managing due diligence (including the use of virtual datarooms) and licensing negotiations will be a plus.

Role Purpose

To frame the business case and lead the implementation of satellite operations for MODEC EPCI business

conducted by the Project Execution Business Function ("PE"). The operationalisation is expected to be made

under the remit of and will affect two Singaporean legal entities of the PE, Modec Offshore Production Systems

(Singapore) Pte Ltd ("MOPS") and its Joint Venture company Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte Ltd ("OFS"),

respectively. The position reports into the VP, Commercal of MODEC PE and is based in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

Initiative Framing:-

Consult with relevant stakeholders, establish organisational diagnosis of PE (MOPS and OFS and overseas support). Quantify ineffeciencies & pain points. Provide strategic recommendation for satellite office structure or alternative models.

Governance Complying:-

Develop detailed business plan for the recommended strategy and required investments with the purpose of providing guidance for and support to well-informed decision making from the relevant Boards.

Collaboration:-

Collaborate with colleagues across functional disciplines in order to foster effective professional working relationships across the business, garner support and buy-in from relevant stakeholders.

Operationalisation:-

Lead the full operationalisation of the business plan in accordance with agreed timeline and with minimization of disruptions to the business. In-coutry set-ups (offices/branches/subsidiaries/partnerships etc.) to be coordinated with Corporate Legal.

Reporting / Feedback loop / Communication:-

Ensure visibility and transparency in progress reporting and any mitigation actions required, from the set-up and incorporation of the necessary structures, until the rollout of the new organizational model across PE.

This role will focus on managing customer relationships and fronting 4PL operations, ensuring smooth logistics coordination, and providing robust support to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth 4PL operations.
• Coordinate and liaise with logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Handle day-to-day communications and issue resolution with customers.
• Maintain and track inventory levels and stock movements across multiple platforms for customers.
• Generate and analyze regular reports related to inventory, logistics, and customer performance.
• Proficiently use Excel to manage and report data; ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
• Assist with order processing, including documentation, delivery tracking, and shipment coordination.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer management and logistics.
• Address and resolve any operational issues with customers promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Medical Technology, Biological Science, Microbiology, or any Sciences related fields.
• 2 years of experience with client management in 3PL/4PL operations is preferred

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and build relationships with customers.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and data management.
