· Manage total project timelines and ensure timely delivery of systems air conditioning projects, maintaining high-quality standards across the region

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred

· At least 15 years of experience in the air conditioning industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing businesses in the Southeast Asia & Oceania Region

· Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and financial analysis

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders

· Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion

· Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities

· Willingness to travel frequently within the region
