Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent discipline
• Minimum of 5-10 years above of experience in project management
• Experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects
• Able to select approriate tools and platforms, solution design and infrastructure planning
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge on at least 2 of the following domains: System (i.e., VMware, Nutanix), Storage (i.e., Hitachi, Pure), Network (i.e., Cisco), Security (i.e., Check Point, Palo Alto), Automation (e.g., Ansible), Backup (i.e., Symantec NetBackup). Certifications in the above areas would be preferred

As an Executive in Strategic Workforce Planning, you will contribute to the team in manpower strategies that will impact all 22,000 employees across NHG. You will also be involved in key strategic workforce planning related projects and initiatives that will transform the NHG workforce to be future-ready. Job Requirements
