RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers to ensure all their needs are met, managing the day-of event operations.
• Ensure that all events meet the client's expectations and budget.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in (i) the design and development of software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc, (ii) preparation of P&ID diagram related to the chiller system and its BMS, and (iii) In writing, debugging and testing of the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system.
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS.
• Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations.

Note: Candidates with substantial relevant experience will be considered for Senior BMS Engineer.

Role Purpose

To lead multi-disciplined project teams, with direct accountability for overall project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage retail store projects. Responsible for managing budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for individual store developments (new/refits/refresh) projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

About the role:

The Regional Head of Surgical Business, APAC reports directly to the Regional Head of Medical Business, APAC. The Business Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Developing individual project artifacts as necessary including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD’s), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD’s), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.
• Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
• Providing implementation / post-implementation project support
• Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members
• Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years experience
• must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritise is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
• Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
• Desire to improve processes
• Advanced working knowledge in the FX IT space and exposure to FX Risk flows.
• Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
• Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
• Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
• Team player and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design
• Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
