You will deliver account servicing and project management relating to the commerciality of a store layout which includes full architectural drawing packages to vertical circulation between floors, customer service in store and facade design.

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for account servicing and ensure that the project deliverables are achieved in accordance to contracts

As an Engineer (Facilities Management & Engineering), you will assist in managing the contracted services for repair, preventive maintenance and/or new construction of building facilities and grounds to ensure compliance with statutory and user requirements. · Assist in maintaining and updating of Franchise documentations i.e. SOP, new dishes launch.

· Work with marketing department to supply franchisees with essential support. Policing marketing and social media contents to ensure compliances.
