JOB SUMMARY

• The Business Change Lead is a pan Transaction Banking role, the TB Change and Enablement team look after the TB (Transaction Banking) business change portfolio end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of benefits to the business and alignment with the overall strategy. The role holder will be accountable for business change and transformation of the business and core business enablement initiatives. • Responsible for planning, implementing, managing initiatives aimed at optimising, monetising and driving strategic growth. Strategy and Execution

• Support defining the TB business change planning, rollout, and delivery of the business change and enablement agenda across TB in consultation with the TB MT and TB COO.
• Execute a business-aligned enablement change plan (including KPIs to ensure the initiatives are embedded and adopted).
• Drive excellence in business enablement, through identifying and delivering business success requirements. Monitor and report on the realisation of benefits from the enablement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives.
• Ensure good programme governance through programme / project disciplines, oversight committees and correct documentation of programme plans, approaches and documentation (as outlined in the Bank’s Programme Governance Policy and Project Management Standards).

Responsibilities

· New business development and existing customer management for sustainability.

· Build and strengthen good relationship with clients, prospects and associations

· Coordination of regional/Global contracts

· Provide market information on certification

· Improve of managing key accounts

· Do tele-sales when required and assist the other sales team in identifying the contacts, leads when required

· Visit customer as and when needed

· Preparation of brochures and track records and weekly reporting on sales activities

· Update visual presentation materials, and other software/application

· Preparation and coordination of seminars for Sustainability business

· Perform other duties as assigned by direct superior from time to time.

Requirement

· At least 1 year experience in sales and marketing / business development

· Candidate with sales experience in hospitality industry will be a plus.

· Keen eye for exploring business opportunities

· Driven, passionate about sales

· Strong sales acumen

· Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people

· Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly basic salary will be based on experience and skills
• Annual: 12 days

Job Description

Responsible for the compliance of AML/CFT, Data Protection and Complaint matters of Private Banking Departments:

1. Conduct client on-boarding due diligence assessment and verification of on-boarding documents.

2. Conduct periodic KYC review and trigger KYC review of existing clients.

3. Review on-going screening hits and financial in/out flow of accounts.

4. Review client instruction to update non-financial related information or to request for additional services.

5 Attend to requests or queries from PB front office, Legal and Compliance Department, Internal Auditors and External Auditors on business compliance related matters.

6. Handle client complaints, data protection reporting and other regulatory related reporting to the 2nd line departments.

7.Maintain up to date PB procedures, forms and templates related to business compliance functions.

8. Conduct quarterly AML training and new staff training.

Job Requirements

1. 3-5 years relevant experience in AML/KYC compliance functions in Private banking or wealth management industry.

2. Familiar with local and international regulations related to compliance functions (e.g. MAS Notice 626, CRS, PDPA, PB Code of Conduct and MAS Guidelines on PB Controls).

3. Experience in complaint handling, review of counterparties and investment suitability framework is good to have.

• Provide innovative security solutions to clients, including remote monitoring, AI video analytics, and sensor fusion.
• Stay updated on new technologies like IoT and plan their adoption for a competitive edge.
• Work with the Operations Team on hardware technologies and compliance requirements.
• Perform other tasks as needed by management.

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Development within the security industry.
• Diploma or relevant studies in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the security industry and market trends.
