Global Banking & Markets New Business Group (GM NBG): is a part of the Client Experience organization within the Operations division. The team is responsible for managing onboarding mandates and ensure requests are project managed and completed by expected launch date. The team works closely with clients and internal teams, which includes Sales, Credit, Client Onboarding, Trading Documentation Group, Compliance and Legal. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

GM NBG works very closely with Sales and multiple internal groups including Legal, Credit Risk Management and Operations to ensure clients are set up to trade with GS.

GM NBG Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales to prioritize onboarding requests
• Drive the documentation and account opening processes for clients from initiation to completion
• Serve as point person for clients in the onboarding process
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Credit Risk Management, Counterparty Risk and Operations
• Provide transparency to Sales and clients on onboarding status
• Act as initial escalation point for clients and internal groups for issues/bottlenecks in the onboarding process

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Experience in pre-trade / onboarding functions
• Business to native level in Mandarin to cover different markets and engage with clients in China and Taiwan. The language skills is required to manage the onboarding mandates and drive the documentation and account opening process of clients based in China and Taiwan

JOB SUMMARY

• The Business Change Lead is a pan Transaction Banking role, the TB Change and Enablement team look after the TB (Transaction Banking) business change portfolio end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of benefits to the business and alignment with the overall strategy. The role holder will be accountable for business change and transformation of the business and core business enablement initiatives. • Responsible for planning, implementing, managing initiatives aimed at optimising, monetising and driving strategic growth. You will support a comprehensive programme roadmap, own the end-to-end delivery, and cover all aspects of business change requirements, risk management and progress monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Execution

• Support defining the TB business change planning, rollout, and delivery of the business change and enablement agenda across TB in consultation with the TB MT and TB COO.
• Execute a business-aligned enablement change plan (including KPIs to ensure the initiatives are embedded and adopted).
• Drive excellence in business enablement, through identifying and delivering business success requirements. Monitor and report on the realisation of benefits from the enablement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives.
• Ensure good programme governance through programme / project disciplines, oversight committees and correct documentation of programme plans, approaches and documentation (as outlined in the Bank’s Programme Governance Policy and Project Management Standards).
