The Client Coverage Group (CCG) / Client Service Manager Role in Global Banking & Markets Operations serves as a single point of contact for clients of the firm. The team oversees the strategy and execution of our front to back client experience, and through pre-trade engagement to day to day issue resolution, we partner with our clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding operational service. 3. Provide detailed guidance on study-abroad options, including country, institution, program selection, and admission requirements.
4. Prepare personalized educational plans and advise clients on program suitability based on their academic records and career goals.
5. Assist clients in preparing and reviewing documents required for application processes, such as personal statements, resumes, and references.
6. Facilitate communication and maintain relationships with international educational institutions, providing updated information on programs, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
7. Proactively promote contract signing by delivering comprehensive information on study abroad processes, benefits, and service packages.
8. Host webinars and workshops to inform clients about study-abroad opportunities, visa regulations, and cultural adaptation.

Job Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Counseling, or related fields; an advanced degree is advantageous.
2. Proven experience in the education consultancy sector or study-abroad advisory services.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
