Summary of Job Responsibilities

Acting as MBS’s representative within the contractual terms applicable, this role is to direct, co-ordinate and supervise assigned projects with the Project Team. • Full understanding of the unique and complex North American LNG project value chain, including gas sales agreements (for example, NAESB), gas transportation agreements, liquefaction regasification tolling agreements and LNG long term sales and purchase agreements.
• Quantitative analysis and evaluations in justifying commercial strategies and contractual implementations of LNG value chain contracts through creations of Excel based models.
• Coordination with Contract Administration team over verification and settlements of LNG value chain contracts.
• Internal and external coordination including those with Mitsubishi Corporation (MC), the parent company of DGI, including establishment of tax schemes relevant for LTCM contracts through engagement with Japanese and Singaporean tax authorities.
