The role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational aspects of our organization. This individual will play a key role in streamlining processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales & Marketing management

Budget preparation

Plan, develop and execute sales strategies and activities within Singapore (Including retail)

Sales analysis and sales progress monitoring

Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and promotions, Social Responsibility and Sustainability, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Enhance after-sales-service in respective region

2) Develop new customers and markets

Explore potential customers – local and overseas

3) Products pricing management

Establish and revise pricing, monitor price competitiveness and x-rate for products

4) Reports Preparation – Sales, Marketing and management report.

5) Market visit- SEA, India and Maldives etc

6) Contract management (sales & purchase, after sales service agreement, tester agreement)

Job Requirement:

- Proficient Skills of English, Chinese, and Japanese (Min. N2 level)

- Experience in fishing equipment or related industry

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years working experiences in Japanese company.

- Management experience of 5 years or more, with a minimum staff of 10.

- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions,
