Principal Responsibilities

The jobholder is primarily responsible for providing analysis and insights on ongoing business performance and supporting the development, planning and execution of initiatives and activities to achieve our business priorities. The jobholder provides a critical support function to the WPB leadership team, such as thought leadership, providing the necessary MI/data to facilitate effective decision making and undertaking analysis of business metrics performance. The scope will include putting together SGH Market review materials for One WPB (GPB, Retail, AMG and HSBC Life), hence, requiring cross business experience.

In addition, the role holder will support Head of Business Management in formulation and tracking of FRP and strategic objectives. He/she will also support in conducting regular business reviews with key stakeholders for tracking strategic objectives, resolution of roadblocks, develop business cases, financial analysis, and executive presentations to support strategic objectives and lead in conducting strategic offsites for senior management, Board Strategy Planning and Management visits. What the day will look like
