Responsibilities:

• Strategize plans to align business operations with the company's mission and goals
• Lead the Project Team (including the Suppliers) in discussions with customers, and negotiation for any demand of changes such as cost, design, schedule of the products
• Close communication with customers to identify issues, and lead discussions within the Project Team to discuss countermeasures with the Suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree holder from reputable local or international universities in relevant field of study
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in automotive trading industry
• Experience in multi-cultural organization and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong in logical thinking, result oriented and focused on details, and be able to handle multiple projects, prioritize and arrange tasks, and schedules to delivery outcomes on time.
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, effective communication, open minded and positive attitude to coordinate among external partners and internal group companies
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance/Control is required
• Fluent English to communicate with local employees, customers, and management
• Proficiency in the Japanese language to communicate and manage relevant stakeholders effectively with Japan HQ

• Strong knowledge of connected device, technical trends and industry updates

Volunteer Management

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify, build and sustain a healthy pool of competent Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and SGD volunteers
• Monitor the recruitment cycle of SGAs and SGD volunteers
• Monitor the centralised recruitment of volunteers (eg. SGA/volunteers referral, Facebook, QSM etc.) to ensure a healthy ratio of staff to volunteers to seniors in order to achieve SGO’s goals and objectives
• Update and maintain volunteer’s personal information and their volunteering activities to ensure an up-to-date database
• Introduce SGO volunteering program to public and private sectors to encourage volunteerism and also, as a CSR, with the aim of providing more avenues for volunteer recruitment
• Support various SGA rewards and recognition initiatives
• Co-ordinate and extend VM related courses for staff and SGAs

Professional Development

• Engage in continual learning for personal and professional growth and development
• Share good practices and support the training and development for SO staff and SGAs
• Establish regular communications with the SO VM champions on matters related to volunteer management and training

Coordination & Admin

• Consolidate feedback from SOs, SGAs and volunteers to identify and analyse needs in the community
• Manage and control SGAs ID tags assets
• Perform office administration functions

Network Development

• Implement strategies to create new volunteering opportunities through partnership with internal and external organisations.
• Implement loyalty programmes to recognise the good work of the volunteers.
• Implement formal/informal channels for volunteers to provide feedback on their participating volunteering program.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably with knowledge and familiarity with the healthcare or social sectors
