About the Role

Reporting to directly to the CEO, your key responsibilities would include

• Lead and mentor a global Business Development (BD) team to drive the GPU business growth.

• Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with hyperscalers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with global cloud teams to define and implement joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Identify and engage with strategic partners within the vector database ecosystem, including Couchbase, MongoDB, Milvus, and Elastic, to explore new partnership opportunities.

Skills and experience required

• 15+ years in business development or partnership management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles involving hyperscalers or ISVs.
• Experience in managing partnerships with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud) and familiarity with vector database technologies such as Couchbase, MongoDB, Milvus, and Elastic.

• With degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 5 years in handling full set of accounts independently
