• Propose strategies and assist preparations for key marketing activities
• Generate reports with actionable insights to guide direction of future activities
• Explore and testing out new marketing channels
• Assist or take up ownership on special projects

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year working experience in marketing-related functions
• A collaborator with strong communication & project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
• Proficient with data crunching and able to make sense of data
• Experience in e-commerce marketing or marketing analytics is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (eg. Tableau, DataStudio, etc) is a plus

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage electrical installation and maintenance works schedule
• Coordinate with local authorities, utility and service providers on all matters relating to the works, including making necessary applications/submissions to obtain all permits
• Manage the Project Team to ensure all works executed on site are according to specification, quality of works, and safety precautions
• Plan materials/resources delivery
• Manage/review change requests and implement changes
• Perform site visits to ensure the quality of installations is according to project specifications
• Review the project progress and present it to the Management and clients
• Review and monitor monthly progress claims, interim payments, and project cash flow status
• Establish guidelines and monitor sub-contractors performance to ensure guidelines are followed
• Act as the main contact for customers and the project team on all project contractual matters

Requirement

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must have similar experience in the construction industry
• Those with experience in managing Mixed Development projects will be prioritised
