Requirements

The MCAPS Asia President office is looking for a customer centric and results driven individual to partner with our Areas to deliver the most impactful Customer and Partner Executive engagement. Reporting to the Chief of Staff (CoS) of the Asia President, this role will primarily plan and execute Customer & Partner executive engagements and programs, working across with Leaders’ CoS and various functions in Asia Areas, Countries and Corporate.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with Area Teams to formulate the Executive engagement strategy and framework for Customer accounts and Partners that are sponsored by the Asia President. Program manage key engagement such as EBC, external events, critical escalations with the Sales teams and maintain 360 view of the account with regular internal updates (eg newsletter).

• The Business Change Lead is a pan Transaction Banking role, the TB Change and Enablement team look after the TB (Transaction Banking) business change portfolio end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of benefits to the business and alignment with the overall strategy. Strategy and Execution

• Support defining the TB business change planning, rollout, and delivery of the business change and enablement agenda across TB in consultation with the TB MT and TB COO.
• Execute a business-aligned enablement change plan (including KPIs to ensure the initiatives are embedded and adopted).
• Drive excellence in business enablement, through identifying and delivering business success requirements. Monitor and report on the realisation of benefits from the enablement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives.
• Ensure good programme governance through programme / project disciplines, oversight committees and correct documentation of programme plans, approaches and documentation (as outlined in the Bank’s Programme Governance Policy and Project Management Standards).

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans, define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Ensure all the different tracks of the projects are executed coherently and in tandem with each other

• Review project deliverables and track schedules to ensure the project milestones are met as per planned dates. Responsible for project deliverables such as Project Schedule, Functional Requirements, SIT UAT and Production deployments.

• Ensure all System's maintenance Projects are managed within SLA's and ensure the monthly maintenance reports are created and submitted on time. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

• Delivered Project needs on time within the agreed acceptance criteria in a hybrid methodology environment. Implement agile management ideas by facilitating exercises such as sprint planning and team leading stand-ups.
