Responsibilities

• Grow overall transactions volume on Spot, Forwards Matching & NDF Matching platforms to meet and exceed the annual growth target. This will involve regular contact with clients to ensure efficient trading conditions on the platform through management of liquidity sources, workflow solutions, credit profiles, user access and post-trade arrangements.
• Improve our share of clients' transactions business viz-a-viz driven offerings to contribute to the global LSEG market share in FX.
• Grow our volumes and share in Pricestream and Orderbook as we deliver the new re-platformed venues
• Establish and maintain credibility, respect and levels of customer service that consistently exceed the expectations of the customer. Support thought-leadership initiatives with deep market and industry knowledge.
• Bring to bear relationships and knowledge of clients' business to promote related LSEG FX services, generating sales leads to pass to our other sales departments.
• Provide clear and timely product and market feedback to sales and proposition management.
• Effectively manage a cost budget to improve revenue objectives.

Required Skills

• An understanding of the FX markets and derivatives markets and their workings gained through experience working in the banking, broking, sell-side or vendor industries.
• Knowledge of all primary & secondary currency markets across the selected region – the candidate must have had experience in and have been responsible for driving sales and retention.
• Willingness to travel supporting the banking networks within their allocated global region
• A strong teammate, proactive and objective oriented. A very high level of attention to detail is essential in delivering the accurate solutions to this client group.
• Be conversant with current industry developments and eFX-trading issues.
• The ability to work under considerable time pressure and demonstrate vitality, energy, drive and passion.

The role is a support to the order management team and will be in charge of handling the end to end process of processing orders within SAP and will be handling a regional portfolio from keying in orders to delivery.

skills and experience requirements

You are ideally degree qualified and has experience in SAP in a similar capacity/job function previously. You are comfortable travelling to the West.

• Responsible for the vessels’ health, safety and environment compliance.
• Manage audits and inspections required by the recognized organization (RO) - ISM, ISPS and MLC.
• Oversee the vessels’ navigational matters, including approval of passage plans and conduct of navigation audits.
• Ensure compliance with terminal, operators, oil majors and charterers’ requirements.

Requirements:

• COC Class 1
• At least 2 years of experience onboard tanker and shore-based in ship management.
• Strong supervisory experience with good oral and written communication skills.

In the capacity of Business Analyst:

• Understand how the Credit systems work end to end.
• Understand how the internal Credit systems integrate/interact with other credit systems, product source systems, and front-end workflow systems for wholesale banking relationship managers and credit risk managers.
• Define/collate business requirements, prepare functional requirements, write User Stories, and initiate User Requests (Request for Service) on behalf of the business and risk management/credit units.
• Review business processes supported by the credit systems to optimize efficiency.

• Understand internal company data and collect relevant external data.
• Identify required data for projects and analyze, clean-up, and transform/prepare it for processing.
• Obtain insights into the data and prepare clear visualizations to present findings.
• Using data-driven insights, make recommendations to address potential business problems or innovate to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Understand the different types of data analytics and use of Machine Learning.

Experience / Characteristics:

• Degree in Banking, Commerce, or Information Systems-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst and data analyst handling end-to-end delivery preferred.
• Experience in writing user stories or functional specifications.
• Experience in wholesale banking/Credit risk projects preferred.
• Product knowledge on Loans, Trade, and Treasury and Markets preferred.
• Knowledge of credit products, risk monitoring/control processes, and credit processing systems of banks preferred.
• Experience with Data Analytics/Machine Learning projects/applications preferred.
• Experience working in AGILE methodology preferred.
