Job Description

• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance to project requirements and industry standards.
• Assist construction manager & quantity surveyor in project progress claim.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence.

Responsibilities

• Originate and promote project finance transactions/business within APAC and to improve revenue growth while in compliance with rules, regulations and internal guidelines as the 1st line of Defence
• Support the monitoring of project finance transactions and provide post-closing maintenance for the transactions.

Requirements

• Experience in relationship management within corporate banking industry
