Responsibilities

• Ensures that the projects he is assigned to are completed in a timely and economical manner in keeping with the Company’s business objectives.
• Assists deputy/project service manager on vendors, subcontracting, construction, engineering and commissioning matters pertaining to the project, not limited to the mentioned areas
• Acts as deputy to Project Service Manager during his/her absence
• Responsible for local content management, liaise with internal stakeholders on managing local content, ensuring the contract requirement is fulfilled.
• Responsible for payment milestones management, to maintain the payment milestones register and ensure milestones documentations are submitted on timely manner.
• Liaises with Client and overseas Subcontractors on various project requirement pertaining to office space, visa, people support, administrative matters relating to Exhibit X.
• Assists deputy/project service manager and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the implementation of IMS/EIMT as per contract Exhibit XVI
• Develops and update project execution schedule and plan based on each phase of the project requirement.
• Liaises with Client on various report requirement and updates.
• Schedules, organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments with Project Services Executive.
• Authorizes purchase of equipment, spares and materials needed for assigned projects.
• Conducts post-mortems and lesson learnt on projects to review the achievement of project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institute
• More than 10 years of relevant working experience in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects and comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO/ FLNG
• Possess working experience related to testing and calibration of FPSO/ FLNG instrument, DCS/ ICSS system knowledge and networking
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with ability to handle complex projects and lead multi-discipline team
• Familiar with all the Vessel class regulation and codes
• Have a proven track record of hands-on working knowledge in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, able to multi-task and adaptable to a dynamic fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requirement:

• Proficient in MS Office

• Report to the Project Manager and keep him updated on all activities.
• Coordinate with the Area and Regional Sales Managers on orders and specification details, then prepare and generate purchase orders in SAP system to Head Office.
• Check and prepare contracts and contract cost calculations for approval.
• Prepare and issue order confirmations to customers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Monitor and follow-up on customers’ payments.
• Monitor and follow-up with Head Office on engine shipment documentations and engine delivery schedule to ensure prompt delivery according to contract requirements.
• Check and ensure no discrepancies in L/C payment contracts and present proper documentations to Bank for payment.
• Prepare monthly sales report, statistics and update project list.
• Assist to set up project's time-line for projects and work as a team with Technical, Parts and Service Department to complete the projects assigned.
• Coordinate with Sales, Application/Tsalesechnical and Parts Department, Workshop and Technical Services on equipment delivery, product selection, purchasing and shipping schedules to meet project/order requests.
• Plan and forecast engines inventory and coordinate with other components/equipment suppliers to ensure they have sufficient stocks to meet sales forecast.
• Carry out any other work assigned by the Project Manager, including conferences and exhibitions.

Job Responsibility

As a Service & Project Planner you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and service job by providing planning, coordination, and administrative support. Working closely with the Department Head. You will be responsible for the project/service planning, safety compliance, and technician management.

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to)

Coordinate with the Department Head to develop detailed project & service plans, schedules, and timelines. Assist in the procurement of inventory and materials required for projects & service. Ensure that all safety documents required by clients are accurately prepared and maintained. Coordinate safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks as needed. Arrange for technicians to attend safety courses, training programs, and certifications. Keep track of all technician certificates and credentials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Maintain organized records, documents, and reports related to projects & service, inventory, and technician qualifications. Ensure documentation is up to date and readily accessible.

Requirements

• Candidates with 2 year of experience with industrial clients.

• Similar Field working experience preferred.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and maintain a high level of Discipline
