The engagement with Corporates, with a priority on large multinational corporates operating across Asia Pacific, will focus on Visa Commercial Solution opportunities encompassing Travel and Entertainment and B2B Procurement programs including virtual card solutions as well as cross sell into services such as expense management, data and reporting solutions and B2B Acceptance . You will be responsible for: Increasing market awareness through targeted advocacy to Large & Middle Market Corporates Developing relationships through specialized sales engagement with key Corporate decision makers in Treasury, Procurement, Payables and Travel Management. Delivering leads and qualified opportunities to Issuers to drive new business for Financial Institutions and Visa.

In addition to sales activities with corporates, the role will involve engagement with internal sales teams to leverage and coordinate engagement with existing relationships as well as issuers sales teams, technology and solution partners, ERP platforms and ecosystem partners such as industry bodies, trade associations, consulting firms.  The role will require demonstrating expertise in technical and commercial areas through ongoing tailoring of sales narrative, best practice guides, testimonials to serve corporates in diverse industry segments.

You will take a consultative and strategic approach in selling commercial cards as a working capital solution by identifying needs, assessing opportunities and options.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating construction tasks according to the master and detailed work schedules.
• Prepare and submit essential project documents such as timelines, method statements, design plans, risk evaluations, and monthly updates.
• Oversee construction work to ensure it adheres to contract terms, drawings, quality standards, and Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers on all aspects of the project, providing solutions and ensuring proper documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain accurate site records. Assist the QS department in reviewing contractor claims and progress payments.
• Attend meetings with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors to monitor project timelines and ensure progress is on track.
• Maintain an organized document control system, reviewing detailed design drawings and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction and infrastructure industry.
