Duties and Responsibilities

• Build tendering network to source and prepare tender ground work
• Supervise, monitor and manage all ongoing awarded tenders and ensure tender delivery on time
• Source new and review vendor's solutions costing and quality
• Ensuring prompt payment collection from concluded Tender
• Support AGM's planning works on business and product development
• Understanding of CV market development in competitors' products

Competency Requirement

• Good knowledge on MS Office and tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc
• Good knowledge on Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for GOV tender
• Good knowledge of Automotive business,(CV preferred), to support business & product planning / Development

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline. (Degree preferred)
• At least 3 years in Tender related work
• Involve in business / product development / planning work

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Coordinate and execute the activities related to design and creation, data consolidation and validation of master data for CPS Asia concentrate plants and distribution centers, including the creation, extension, change management, and audit of master data in the SAP (S/4 HANA) system.
• Partner and collaborate with Global Data Services (GDS) Team in master data maintenance activities.
• Ensure that all master data is created and maintained in accordance with Company Master Formulas (PICASSO) and CPS production requirements.
• Responsible for data lifecycle management and providing relevant analytics to the CPS MDM team and Business Process Managers for Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement Cycle

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate formula and technical review information into master data elements to be updated in SAP and related systems. Create, validate through audits, and maintain master data (material master, BOMS, Master Recipes, AFL) in the SAP S/4 HANA production module for materials, raw materials, in process, finished goods and sales kits.
• Design, create, maintain and manage workflows (using Service Level Agreements) to collect information for Master data creation.
• Maintenance of business continuity master data for contingency supply points to meet the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) requirements.
• Data lifecycle management – routine review of all master data object to identify and obsolete redundant data.
• Data analytics, mining and reporting – as requested to support the business functions and processes.
• Data quality reporting (metrics and compliance) – includes the design, execution and publishing of data quality and compliance scorecards.
• Support development of data standards – working with the MDM governance team to design, implement and retrofit standards.
• Support the data requirements of business process manager.
• Actively lead problem solving workshops related to Asia MDM issues OE approach.

QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
• At least 2-5 years SAP Master data experience from Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Finance, Controlling environments
• Strong analytical abilities
• Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel/VBA, Access/SQL and SAP Query would be an advantage

Job Description:

1. Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety.
2. Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting.
3. Able to work and trouble shoot with AC low voltage single phase and 3 phase systems.
4. Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plant downtime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain.
5. Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD, E&I related and maintenance records for troubleshooting purpose.
6. Experience in 3 phase generator control interfacing to grid power.
7. Liaise with PE and organize preventive maintenance for MV and high voltage (22Kva).
8. Understand and develop electrical panel schematics if needed.
9. Guide technician on troubleshooting part if needed for ACMV, CCTV, Access control system, PA system, power and lighting.
10. Update and control of Electrical specification, procedure and drawings
11. Material Management including consumables, parts and spare unit
12. Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report.
13. Review and approve of service, repair and overhaul equipment, record and report.
14. Managing routine 5S at the maintenance workshop, store and work area at site.
15. Communicate with clients, consultants, project personnel and relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation / Maintenance Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and power plant operations.
3. Strong Electrical Knowledge.
4. Results oriented individual with robust technical abilities.Able to work independently and in a team.
5. Possession of LEW is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and their administration.
7. Knowledge of Maintenance and Asset Management is an advantage.

1. Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

• Business partner with the respective department to provide value-added HR support and relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and drive staff engagement programmes
• Work closely with line manager on annual performance review, design of training roadmap, employee engagement activities, recruitment and any other HR matters to drive attraction, retention and engagement
• Communicate effectively any HR-related policies changes and updates to all staff in the business units assigned
• Perform any other duties as assigned and requested by Manager.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• At least 8 year experience in recruitment and business partnering
• Preferably with supervisory experience
• Experience in using HRMS (Prosoft preferred)
• Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
