• To track and manage Master Service Agreement (MSA) renewal

Assist, advise, support and follow-up with Work Managers

• On project documentations, processes, reporting and usage of GENE

• Tracking and submission of accruals to Finance, ensure all accruals are supported with valid supporting documents

• To review and challenge the country managers and BN’s on their IKEA country performance for actuals, forecast and budget ensuring all required commentaries are updated to deadline.

• Be a manager for Manpower Navigation Manager, matrix partner for Country Business Navigation Managers and to represent Ikano Retail (IKEA BL) at IKEA CBF Forecasting Forum.
• Promote the use of business cases when identifying, evaluating, and acting on business opportunities.
